What we collect
When you use our booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), event date and location, the talent you are interested in and your message. If you apply to join the agency by email, we keep your application and the photos you send to consider you for work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your booking. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and form messages are delivered by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to [12 months] unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Photos from our events
Images shown on this site are used with the permission of the people in them. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
